"Michael was referred to me by a friend who recently bought a home with his assistance. I live on the West Coast, and looking for an investment property long distance is not very easy for a small investor such as myself. Michael showed my wife and I several homes a couple of months ago. Although we did not find the right property then, we were both impressed by Michael’s professionalism, his enthusiasm for his work, and the obvious love he has for the beautiful city of Annapolis. When the right property came on the market, Michael was all over it and closed the deal for us long distance before we even saw the property. To buy a property sight unseen took a lot of trust on our part and Michael did not disappoint us. Michael is a very skilled negotiator who smoothly navigated us through the buying process. Michael was able to negotiate seller’s assistance with closing costs, which is highly unusual in this kind of market. Michael’s assistant, was also awesome, and she helped us sort out the mess of paperwork my lender was creating.
